Alphina

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Alphina, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. You may not share your account with others or use another user's account without permission. Alphina is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Content

Users may not upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to:

Content that promotes violence or discrimination
Sexually explicit or inappropriate material
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Malware, exploits, or any code intended to harm the platform or its users

Alphina reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

4. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Alphina offers a virtual currency called Cookies which can be purchased with real money. Cookies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

All purchases of Cookies and Cookie Premium are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the product, or account termination. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Cookie Premium

Cookie Premium is a subscription-based upgrade that grants access to additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, however no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused subscription time. Premium benefits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

6. Conduct

Users are expected to treat others with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other users
Spamming, scamming, or attempting to deceive other users
Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or site systems
Impersonating Alphina staff or other users

7. Termination

Alphina may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time and without notice. Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for any purchased Cookies or Premium subscriptions. Alphina reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

8. Disclaimers

Alphina is not held accountable from software or apps you downloaded from other members giving you a rat or virus. you are welcomed to give us a report tho.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Alphina after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
